An almost daily occurance are support requests for "why did this contact receive this email?" or "why did this contact receive an email localised to this venue?"
To answer this, a technical member of staff has to look at the database, de-serialize an "object" and eyeball it to work it out.
We should be providing a tool to easily see report on audience targeting and who and why contacts received emails.

This was brought to light when we had the button to see audience on the campaign dashboard, but it didn't go anywhere. We've since removed that button as it wasn't 'simple' to do. We should reinstate it and do the work to see the audience.
