Customer was confused by the 'Contact totals by day and location' report as it shows active contacts and unique email contacts but he'd like 'contactable by email' contacts

This report could be similar to the contact totals report but just be for opted in emails

I've put this report on McMullens account just to help out. It should really go through product process though.

McMullens would like a report that shows contactable by location by email. They have to pull this from the dashboard by switching in to each location and taking the figure from the overview, which is time consuming and a bit counterintuitive in terms of the data being available, but it not being in the 'Reports' section of the dashboard
